Sample Trail Report - this report is an actual report filled in by back country rangers upon returning from a patrol. Obviously you will not need to provide all the detailed information shown on the report. This will just give you a general idea of what rangers look for. Any report you provide will be limited to trail problems but can include wildlife and wildflower observations. Describe as best you can where you were when you noticed the problem or observations.
